Runir publishes options dealer-positioning data (gamma exposure, walls, the gamma flip, max pain, expected ranges, confluence) and grades how those levels behave, in public. It is information, not advice. Runir is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and nothing on the site — including any level, score, signal, alert, play, or the Stock Oracle — is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Options trading carries substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed professional. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

2. Eligibility

Runir is for adults. By using the site or holding a membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Options carry real risk, and you should be of legal age to invest before acting on anything you see here.

3. Membership & billing

Runir offers a free tier and paid memberships. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions (billed monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

You can cancel anytime from your account — your access continues through the end of the current paid period, and you won't be charged again. All payments are final and non-refundable (cancel to stop future renewals). Prices and plan features may change; we'll give notice before a change affects your renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Your membership is for personal use. Don't scrape, redistribute, resell, or republish Runir's data or content, share your account, or resell access. Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. No warranties & limitation of liability

The service and all data are provided “as is.” Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runir is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Runir after an update means you accept the revised terms.
